Delicious mock meat and great selection of vegetarian dishes. Service is fast and friendly and the price is fairly reasonable comparing to other Chinese vegetarian restaurants. Will definitely return to try other items. For vegan option, ask for dishes without eggs.Dishes tried: fermented "fish" with tofu (the entree option with soft tofu is better than the fried rice version), cantonese chow mein was delicious, taro fish (must have for taro and deep fried snack lover), and Hong Kong style "pork chop" casserole.

I have to say the food is quite good however, as a vegan, I did find it a bit challenging because there were “communication issues” with the servers, they are also generally slow. I think it’s important to note that they are very strict with the cut off time at 3 o’clock for dim sum I was there at 3:05 and they would not serve my sister and I dim sum. The first time I was there they gave me a fried rice dish with egg in it even though I told them I was vegan and she said there was going to be no egg in any of the dishes. They did end up taking the fried rice dish off our bill though.

Someday there will be nicer names to represent the mock chicken, mock fish etc.Great flavors and presentations. The dessert is a must have as well.

We are returning customers at this restaurant. The service is so warm and welcoming! The food is pretty delicious. If it wasn’t for me following a specific vegan diet, we’d def be here more often! The prices are also outstanding especially when compared to the portions. I’d highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for some tasty Chinese food.

Best vegetarian restaurant! Everything we had was spectacular. The black pepper "steak" and the "chicken" and eggplant dishes are my favorite. Extensive menu but our server was helpful and friendly, no problems at all.

Best vegetarian dim sum and dishes in town. Don't forget to get assorted vegetarian appetizers to go - $8 for a big container's worth - I recommend the vegetarian duck. There’s a lunch menu and you can specify amount of msg and salt and egg or none.

Their food are great!!! I especially love their deep fried wonton, deep fried squid with pepper and salt, the stir fried egg white with broccoli, and the baked vegetarian pork chop on rice with tomato sauce

Delicious food, don’t have to be vegetarian to enjoy it. Menu IS extremely overwhelming, if owners are reading this review I highly recommend changing the menu to make it more simple. We ordered 4 dishes and spring rolls. Our favourites were the Thai fried eggplant and the green beans.

Amazing Staff, and good portion of food for the price. Most Asian restaurants do not have great service. This restaurant has nice and friendly staff how make sure their customers are happy. Staff were always smiling and looked like they enjoyed working there. Great positive atmosphere.

Good food, but don't lie about using eggs.I have been a loyal customer for over a decade. The food is delicious here, but I recently found out that they have lied about using eggs in one of their dishes -the lemon chicken. I'm vegan and am allergic to eggs. I always request that all dishes be made vegan (or I don't order dishes that can't be made vegan) and have trusted that they are honest. My cousin, who is also a loyal customer, told me that one of the wait staff told her that there is always a little bit of egg in the lemon chicken (contrary to what they told me a hundred times). I had no idea what was making me so sick each time I dined there - it was the egg in the lemon chicken. Even if someone isn't allergic, it's imprtant to respect vegans and be honest about what's in your food.

If you crave vegan meat, this place has the best vegan meat. Their choice of DimSum is also delightful.

Very nice staff and delicious food. Amazing what they're able to make. Many of their ingredients are imported from asain and not available in stores.

Best vegetarian restaurant in GTA North. My favourite dish is the veggie sweet and sour 'pork' - it's C31 on the menu. All my non vegetarian friends and family members love this dish too! Also they have good portions, huge menu, and low prices. Tip: If you're getting takeout be sure to check they got your order right before you leave

Very good food. Many dishes available. A little more expensive than other Chinese food places I go to. I particularly like the deep fried tofu with spicy salt.

One of my favourite vegetarian restaurants. Price is extremely reasonable (especially with the amount of imitation/mock meat in each dish). We came here for their party tray. They have several sizes. Their vegetarian foods were very good. Others liked them as well. The service at the restaurant was very nice.

The restaurant is small but offers a lot of variety of vegetarian dishes. The food taste pretty good and price is not too expensive. It is funny that even the dishes are vegetarian but try to intimate beef, chicken, pork and seafood.

Got the gluten appetizer, spring rolls, mock-beef with broccoli, and mock-chicken with celery and cashews. Everything was delicious, and the portions were generous, especially for the price. There were two of us, and we were both stuffed silly by the end; we could have honestly ordered one fewer dish and been fine. The service was very good and friendly, and the food came out very fast. We arrived around 5:30pm on a Tuesday, which was clearly before the dinner rush. There was only one other table in use when we arrived. By around 6:30pm when we finished, the restaurant was around 2/3 full. Nothing really bad to say. The mock-chicken with cashews and celery was the clear star of the meal. :)

Perfect place for vegetarian gathering, good service quick serve fair price. Definitely going back.

My first time being a customer and my order was screwed up. I should have checked before I left the restaurant. They don't seem like they know how to organize takeout orders. They must have given me the wrong one by mistake. They weren't even that busy, yet they couldn't be bothered to double check my order which cost $16. The dish I did receive was good but I'm really mad. I can't be bothered to go.complain cause it's a 15 minute drive there and back. I'm so hungry and I'm full but not satisfied because I wanted mushrooms with mixed vegetables and not some mushy fried fake shrimp dish covered in nasty mayo sauce.

This is by far one of my favorite vegetarian restaurants in the world. I have traveled quite a bit too! But this restaurant has such a wide variety all vegetarian foods and they all taste amazing! They are not too greasy, they have so much flavor, and again the variety is astounding. Usually I get one plate per person as long as we have about four or five people and we get to try many different dishes and we are always full. If it's just me and my girlfriend we will split three dishes and we always have a lot to take home for later.

My only regret is not trying this place sooner, it is some of the most delicious Chinese food that I have ever tasted. I wasn't counting on the huge portions so I ordered more than I needed. The menu is extensive and the server helped me choose a good variety of dishes. My favorite was the chicken and dough fritters with hot and spicy asian sauce. Looking forward to leftovers!

The food is so salty, however I will still come and try more dishes since it's hard to find vegetarian restaurants around here.They serve vegetarian dim sum before dinner, have a good amount of selections of classic dim sum.Highly recommendCurry bun- steamed bun with mild curry filling CASH only! Ppl work here speak fluent Cantonese, some mandarin and some English. If you are vegan or you prefer to not have msg in your food, inform them when you order the food.Place is cozy, good for couples and families

As a non Chinese person I found this place to be intimidating. The food can be good depending of what you order. Their in lies the problem.The ladies spoke limited English, and while asking them question they walked away several times. They did not really answer my questions properly, when I asked what was in the food.The menu is a mess. Many times it just says noodles, without specifying the type of noodle. The have many different types of noodles. Symbols on the menu to indicate which foods have eggs directly or indirectly would be nice. At the front of the store they have mock meat tofu that you can buy to take home without any label. This place could use a lot of organization.The lunch special was very affordable. I found king tofu noodle to be good.

One of the vegetarian restaurants that have been around like forever. They have a very interesting menu and the staff are very friendly and is willing to help you substitute or customize some of their dishes to your preference.

Great vegetarian place with lots of vegan options. Yummy food and good service. The sweet and sour chicken is to die for! Have already been here twice in 2 weeks.Recently went for my 3 year old's birthday, and they were very accommodating, and helped us with a cake we brought with us.

Some of the best mock meat dishes are served here. A friendly and peaceful atmosphere with complimentary tea and an extensive menu to choose from. You'll never run out of things to try and you'll find your "go-to" classics. Their hotplate dishes are superb especially the ones with mock chicken. Rice noodles are very popular and sometimes they sell out so be prepared. Come early if you can. This is a vegetarians dream come true!

The hot and sour soup is SO delicious! I also loved the fried taro balls. The food generally is delicious and cheap so perfect for dim sum. The service is really fast but the servers are always in a rush so try not to disturb them. Come a bit early for lunch on a weekend as it gets packed very quickly!
